David A. Arietta obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from the Haas School of
Business, U.C. Berkeley, with a dual major in finance and accounting. He earned his
Juris Doctor degree at King Hall, U.C. Davis and was admitted to the California State Bar in
1993. He is a member of the Bay Area Bankruptcy Forum, American Bankruptcy Institute, and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. He is only one of approximately one hundred attorneys who have been certified as a specialist in bankruptcy law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization.
David is assisted by his paralegal Sylvia Medrano and by his assistants Megan Huffman and Ehrin Pedersen.
